Theo heads out to Twin Lakes Cultural Park in the Kimberley to taste food that can only be found in the outback.
- Gubinge or Kakadu Plum is a native food featured at the festival, this fruit contains the most vitamin C of any known natural fruit in the world. Known as a super-food, the Gubinge holds over 50 times more vitamin C than an orange.
- The Gubinge has become increasingly popular in food cosmetics such as condiments, sauces, vitamin c organic powders, soaps, shampoos, lotions and ointments.
- Dreaming tea is a traditional tonic favoured as a medicine by Nyul Nyul people sap, bark and leaves. This tea is best taken in the evening before going to sleep.
