A new presenter is joining Our State on a Plate, Dean Clairs from mix94.5 teams up with Theo Kalogeracos and samples his delicious pizzas.

• Dean Clairs (Clairsy) started his career in radio since 1983, working with Bunbury’s Golden West Radio, three Canberra stations, SAFM Adelaide, Perth’s 1080 6IX (Which at the time was known as The Eagle) and 92.9.
• Dean has been working with Mix94.5 since 2001.
• Dean also has a reputation as a professional MC, hosting many major events including the Gold Plate Awards in Burswood.

Greek & Lamb Pizza Recipe & Method:

- Slow roasted free-range lamb, marinated in rosemary and seasoned with black pepper and garlic.
- Mozzarella cheese, semi-caramelized onions, fetta, Kalamata olives.
- Finish with Tzatziki, parsley and a lemon wedge.
