- Every vegetable you consume contains nutrients, so by adding more than one coloured vegetable to your diet, the more nutrients your body will take in.
- There is no minimum as to how many vegetables you should consume, but it is recommended that you consume as much as you can, the more vegetables in your diet, the better your health.
- Variety is essential to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Adding many different vegetables and fruits to your diet will ensure that your body is getting nutrients it needs.
