Pulled pork and Broccolini Pizza

2 shop-bought pizza dough balls
200gm semolina

1 in of Italian tomatoes
1 packet Basil
5gm salt
2 TBSP BBQ sauce

1 Mozzarella ball (la Delicia latticinio)
100gm Pulled pork
½ bunch Broccolini, roasted
100gm smoked provoleta
½ red onion, sliced

Ensure the dough balls are at room temperature. Roll out balls till round (you can use shop-bought bases, but you must use a tray). Top the base with 1.5 spoons of Pizza sauce. Build pizza by adding; mozzarella, pulled pork, chopped broccolini, red onion, and provoleta. Cook on 350 degrees till cooked. Slice into 8 pieces. Enjoy!
