When you think of a wine bar, what comes to mind? Luxury, elegance, and taste. On his hunt for Perth’s top wine bars, Theo takes us to a petite wine bar that is serving luxury and body in every glass.

• Pep’s Wine Bar is located in the heart of Peppermint Grove.
• Pep’s opened in October of 2020. The bar was an 11-year concept of owner, Charlie Galbally, who runs the bar with his wife Natasha. They had long dreamt of opening a world-class wine bar.
• Owner, Charlie Galbally and his wife have run coffee shops and worked in the wine industry for over 10 years.
• The name 'Peps' originated from the owners’ previous coffee business, where they referred to their customers as their “Peps”, meaning their “people” or “peeps”.
• Pep’s Wine Bar is growing every day. It currently boasts over 450 different wines.
• Pep’s Wine Bar currently trials 30-40 different wines a week. Discovery is something that value. Hence, they’re always evolving and keeping their customers, or their “Peps”, in the loop.
• Pep’s Wine Bar is known for its diverse wine tastings, delicious charcuterie boards, and a small menu of high-quality fresh plates.
