Lemon and Herb Doner Chicken Kebabs


Ingredients:

1 packet of Mt Barker Lemon and Herb Tenderloin Kebabs
1 packet Turkish style kebab bread or wraps
6tbsp of yoghurt
1tbsp of tahini
30ml of fresh lemon juice
1 tin chick peas
1 continental cucumber
2 roma tomatoes
Half a red onion
Small handful of mint
Small handful of Italian parsley
Small handful of coriander
100g of feta cheese


Method:

  1. Oil a pan and cook the Mt Barker Lemon and Herb Tenderloin Kebabs
  2. Slice the tomatoes, cucumber, red onion and add to a bowl
  3. Add coriander, parsley, mint, chickpeas and lemon juice and toss the salad
  4. Mix the yoghurt with the tahini and the lemon juice
  5. Toast the bread or wrap on a hot pan for a minute each side
  6. Spread on the yoghurt and tahini sauce, add the chicken and salad and roll up and serve
