The name "Rocky Ridge" is derived from a natural ironstone outcrop that runs through their farm, symbolising the brewery’s deep connection to the land and its heritage.

• As Australia’s first Certified Sustainable and Carbon Neutral Brewery, Rocky Ridge has set a new industry standard. Despite achieving these milestones, the team recognises that their journey toward Net Zero emissions is ongoing, with a strong focus on reducing their ecological impact every day.
• The use of this regenerative barley has allowed Rocky Ridge to cut down 70 tons of CO2-e emissions from malt production alone each year.
• Beyond the brewing process, Rocky Ridge ensures that 100% of their spent grain is repurposed as livestock feed on their farm, diverting the grain from landfill and preventing over 400,000 kilograms of emissions annually.
• Rocky Ridge has set an ambitious goal to achieve net-zero emissions from their brewing process by 2025. This bold objective is part of their long-term vision to continue leading the industry in sustainable brewing practices.
