Scott shows which wines go best with some of WA’s finest dishes.

• Line caught tuna, coming out of Fremantle, has a smooth texture, match it with a West Aussie made Sauvignon blanc, which is also known for its smooth texture.
• Margaret River lamb never goes wrong with Margaret River wine, match your lamb with the defining Chardonnay of Vasse Felix.
• Rosso is a wine that is great on its own. It’s textural, it’s savoury and it’s feminine.
