Bacon and egg noodle stir fry


  • 6 Eggs.
  • Bacon.
  • Dough.
  • Chinese wine sauce.
  • Light soy sauce.
  • Dark soy sauce.
  • Sesame oil.
  • Ground white pepper.
  • Sugar.


  • Tip the flour into the bowl, salt and 6 eggs into the bowl.
  • Once it's all in, put it on the machine and mix it up.
  • Knead the dough for 20 seconds.
  • Set the dough aside for 30 minutes.
  • Once it's settled, start rolling the dough.
  • Slice the bacon into quarters.
  • Slice the batons 5-6cm in length.

Stir Fry sauce


  • Chinese cooking wine
  • Light soy sauce.
  • Dark soy.
  • Sesame oil.
  • Ground white pepper.
  • Sugar.

Cooking the dish


    • To cut the noodles: fold it into itself.
    • Cut into fine pieces
    • Boiling water inside the pot.
    • Place the noodles inside the pot.
    • Run the noodles under cold water after they are cooked.
    • Put the bacon into the pan, get it nice and crispy and golden.
    • Add the noodles & spring onions into the pan.
    • Add the sauce.

After it's cooked it's complete, enjoy!
