Easy Anytime Beef Meatballs (Serves 4)
500g Beef Mince
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ cup Panko breadcrumbs
½ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 160 – 180C and line a large baking tray with baking paper.
Mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
Roll the mixture into about 20 small balls and place onto baking tray.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Enjoy solo or with your favourite dipping sauce for a delicious snack or use as the base with passata for the perfect pasta dish.
