Theo’s hunt for Perth’s best small bar continues as he visits a hidden gem in Perth’s CBD that is serving some of the best cocktails, and cheesy jaffles in town.

  • Foxtrot Unicorn opened in December 2019 and had a roaring four months before the pandemic hit but it is back on its feet.
  • The Foxtrot Unicorn frequently uses the phrase “good booze and even better times.”
  • Foxtrot wants to create a bar that is unique to Perth. It’s comfy and relatable on the surface, but the deeper you dive into the drinks, design, experience, it’s sophisticated.
  • The drinks selection has something for everyone. Whether you just want to drink a schooner of crispy lager or have a classic cocktail made with all vintage 1970’s booze – Foxtrot Unicorn has it all.
  • Foxtrot Unicorn has a feature menu on the cocktail list that changes every 8-10 weeks. Sometimes it will feature a particular brand but sometimes it’s themed around an ingredient such as local honey.
  • Everyone is welcome at Foxtrot. There is no dress code, no judgment and no pretensions.
  • The Epic Cheese Jaffle is the most popular item on the Foxtrot menu. It has heaps of cheese as well as a secret seasoning, called “Jaffle Crack”.
  • Foxtrot Unicorn is open from Tuesdays through to Saturdays.
